Sailaja Manacha, PCC is a people facilitator and Transformational Coach working with middle to senior Management and Leadership teams. She works with individuals and teams to increase their productivity, profitability and impact, while building a good life for themselves.
She has done training and coaching projects with organizational clients like Honeywell Software, Bally Technologies, Huawei, Airtel, Firstsource, Monsanto India, Infosys, Embrace Innovations, Pharmarc Analytic Solutions, Mindtree and Fidelity India. She continues to coach 1-1 few C suite and high potential executives. She has a special interest in Gender and Diversity work leading workshops on ‘Women and Leadership’ in organizations.
She has facilitated Leadership development in conjunction with coaching for a group of senior managers reporting into BU heads of Honeywell Software, with the India CEO and his team at Bally Technologies. She has coached several BU heads and 2 levels of their reporting teams at Huawei (India R&D Centre) since 2011 and continues her engagement with them. With Huawei her work has been focused on developing conversational capabilities for Coordination of Action, developing a supportive leadership style balancing relationship and task, as well as developing ‘leadership presence’ including work with Body, Emotions, language and thought.
An accredited Psychotherapist and an accredited trainer of Psychotherapists of the International Transactional Analysis Association (ITAA) U.S A, Sailaja has a Masters in Psychology and Organization Behavior. She has over 10 years of corporate HR experience and was Head of HR with a Bangalore Based telecom software company. She is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) from the International Coach Federation (ICF). Involved in Executive coaching since 2007 and in the field of personal transformation since 1996.
Her Leadership Coaching is informed by Transactional Analysis, NLP, Systemic Constellations, Psychodynamic approaches and Body Awareness Work. She is in continued Advanced Coach development with the Institute of Generative Leadership, USA where she deepens her learning and application of Ontological and Generative distinctions in coaching. In applying the ‘generative’ distinctions in her work with organizations, the focus is to shift culture of teams by shifting the coordination of action, and this in turns shifts the results of action.
She has worked with Leaders in the IT, Telecom and BPO industries. She has a practice as psychotherapist in Bangalore city, is a trainer and supervisor of therapists and has a special interest in education where she facilitates urban and rural educators in areas of their professional awareness and growth.
She runs several groups each year around themes of change and personal growth, mindfulness, breaking gender barriers and these are attended by lay people seeking mastery in powerful living!
